ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Erode to dispose of O.S.No.2/2024, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration, declaring that the sale deeds dated 14.01.2020, 21.01.2023, 21.01.2023 executed in favour of the defendants 1 to 3 respectively were null and void and for consequential injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the alleged possession of the plaintiff over the suit property.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed along with the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were already completed and issues were framed as early as on 06.08.2025. Thereafter, there is no much progress in the suit. Taking into consideration that the pleadings of the parties were already completed and issues were also framed, this court is inclined to

direct the learned District Munsif, Erode to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
