2. The 8th respondent in this writ petition has filed WMP No. 45634 of 2025, seeking to implead the proposed 10th and 11th respondents in WMP No. 45634 of 2025 as party respondents in the main writ petition.

3. Till date, no counter has been filed in the said petition.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition since sufficient cause has been shown for impleading the proposed parties as party respondents in the main writ petition. Accordingly, WMP No. 45634 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment accordingly and post the main writ petition for arguments finally on 06.01.2026 along with W.P. Nos.23057, 23062 and 34471 of 2025.
