Mr.A.J.Timothy Moses COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioners in C.R.P. No.1961 of 2026 seek for early disposal of A.S. No. 5 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Tirupathur. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have also filed another C.R.P., which is connected to this C.R.P. No.1961 of 2026, in C.R.P. SR. No. 168194 of 2025, which is yet to be numbered. He would submit that once C.R.P. No.1961 of 2026 is disposed of by this Court by directing the lower appellate Court to dispose of A.S. No. 5 of 2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, the petitioner will not be pressing for any relief in C.R.P. SR. No. 168194 of 2025.

3. C.R.P. No.1961 of 2026 pertains to A.S. No. 5 of 2025 and C.R.P. SR. No. 168194 of 2025 pertains to A.S. No. 3 of 2026, both are pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tirupathur. Both A.S. No. 5 of 2025 and A.S. No. 3 of 2026 were heard together by the Sub Court, Tirupathur.

4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Tirupathur, to dispose of A.S. No. 5 of 2025 and A.S. No. 3 of 2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court from the date of completion of service of notice on the respondents in A.S. No. 5 of 2025 and A.S. No. 3 of 2026. Admittedly, both A.S. No. 5 of 2025 and A.S. No. 3 of 2026 were heard together by the Sub Court, Tirupathur.

5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents in these Civil Revision Petitions, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.

6. Accordingly, C.R.P. No.1961 of 2026 is disposed of by directing the Sub Court, Tirupathur, to dispose of A.S. No. 5 of 2025 and A.S. No. 3 of 2026 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of completion of service of notice on the respective respondents in both the appeals, namely, A.S. No. 5 of 2025 and A.S. No. 3 of 2026. In view of the disposal of C.R.P. No.1961 of 2026, C.R.P. SR. No. 168194 of 2025 filed by the very same petitioner is closed. No Costs.
