When the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, notice of this Court was not drawn to the order passed in W.P.No.2784 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 and order in W.P.No.17252 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025. If those orders had been brought to the notice of this Court, this Court would have had a better visibility about the entire facts of the case. The same has now been brought to the notice of this Court by way of an affidavit filed by the respondent along with the typed set of papers.
