ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) We have heard Mr.K.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Counsel for the respondent.

2. Statutory notice has been issued on 24.04.2026. Ms.K.Kanimozhi as well as Mr.S.Natarajan, the present Tahsildar of Tambaram are present in Court today.

3. The direction is for conduct of a survey and passing of final orders as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and the orders are to be served on all parties.

4. Mr.S.Gunasekaran states that directions under order dated 20.03.2025 have been complied and final orders dated 18.04.2026 have been passed. With this, the directions stand complied.

5. However, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the final orders, the encroachments remain. It is for him to approach the authorities to seek his remedy in separate proceedings.
