ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.08.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for updating the online records with necessary corrections in the sub-division number of the subject property.
2. Heard Ms.T.Kiran Rani of M/s.KNS Law Chambers, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner of the subject property by virtue of registered sale deed dated 29.03.1996. When the petitioner applied for online patta with respect to the subject property, she found that the sub-division was not reflected in the official records. Hence, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 21..08.2025 for making necessary corrections, in order to enable the petitioner to get patta. Since, the same was not acted upon by the respondent, the present writ petition was filed 2/4
before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.08.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
