2.Heard both sides.

3.On perusal of records, it reveals that this Court had granted bail for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 189(2) and 109

r/w section 249(b) and 49 of BNS in Crime No. 109 of 2025 on the file of respondent police. Further, it is seen that the petitioner has not complied with the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23087 of 2025 vide order dated 16.09.2025.

4.After hearing both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to strictly comply with the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.23087 of 2025, dated 16.09.2025 as the offence involved is under Section 302 of IPC.
