2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for petitioners.
3. Mr.K.Gandhikumar, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent.
4. Though the learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed condonation of delay, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 127 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
