No.51 of 1995 on the file of the Principal District Judge and Co-operative Appellate Tribunal Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in ARC.No.66/94-95 and quash the same as illegal.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent-Society represented that the petitioner has settled the award amount to the first respondent-Society. To this effect, the petitioner also submitted a letter to the first respondent-Society that he will withdraw the writ petition. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
