ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition in Para 6(b) of the order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24429 of 2025 that "the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the D-1 Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three weeks."

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), and no proper reasons has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court for not complying the conditional order passed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to consider the modification petition.
