ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking for modification of the conditions imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27212 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025.

2. Earlier this Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 27212 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025 directing him to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as nonrefundable deposit through RTGS/NEFT/Cash/demand Draft in favour of the Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai, bearing A/c. No.10273425961, State Bank of India, Park Town, Chennai-68, Evening Bazaar Road, Chennai, IFSC:SBIN0001856, without prejudice to his defence before the Trial Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate, after perusing the challan/receipt, shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to deposit the aforesaid amount due to his inability to mobilize the funds and he is not in a position to

do any employment till date.

4.Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court and after hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27212 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27212 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025. 03-11-2025 GBI
