This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition in para 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24341 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instruction, submitted that the petitioners have not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24341 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24341 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025.
