This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.940 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28294 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
