ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.241 of 2024 for the offences under sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 427 of IPC on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.241 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in e-filing SR No.69233 of 2024 on 06.08.2024.

3. In view of the above submissions, as the charge sheet had already been filed, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.
