ORDER

Earlier this Court had already imposed some conditions against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15659 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17748 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.3 which reads as follows:-

"3.that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2.After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court modifies the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15659 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17748 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.3 which reads as follows:- "that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation"

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28-10-2025 MSM To The Sub Inspector of Police District Crime Branch-II, Chengalpattu.
