ORDER

This Court vide order dated 11.09.2025 granted stay on condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as a part of arrears to the credit of MC.No.391 of 2019 on the file of the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai within a period of three weeks. On such deposit, the respondent is directed to withdraw the said amount. A further direction was issued to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent/wife towards interim maintenance in the first week of every month from September,2025 failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.

2. Inspite of the said direction issued by this Court, the petitioner has not complied with the same and filed this petition to extend the time to comply the conditional order dt. 11.09.2025 passed by this High Court in Crl.M.P.No. 16968 of 2025 in Crl.RC No. 1665 of 2025.

3. On perusal of records it is seen that the petitioner has not turned up and paid maintenance to the wife and there was also arrears of maintenance.

Hence, this petition is dismissed. The first respondent/wife is at liberty to proceed the case in the manner known to law to recover the arrears amount from the petitioner.
