The relief sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to return the sale deed dated 04.09.2002 which was registered in the office of the second respondent as document No.4392/2002.

2. An interim order dated 10.03.2004 was passed in W.P.M.P. No.6201 of 2004 directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.08.2003.

3. It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by way of a Memo dated 20.07.2017 that the petitioner has received the sale deed 04.09.2002 registered as document No.4392/2002.

4. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition and the writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
