This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue "Site Visit Certificate" to the petitioner enabling them to participate in e-tender floated by the first respondent vide Tender Notice No.03/DB/DO2/F.275/2025-2026/UCBC, Salem Dated 16.09.2025, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner intends to participate in E-Tender Notification issued by the first respondent, for which, the petitioner has to file necessary application for issuance of Work Site Inspection Certificate and therefore, the petitioner has made representation before the respondents for issuance of

the above Certificate, however, no order was passed. Hence, the Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the aforesaid Certificate will be issued to the petitioner on or before 18.10.2025.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to issue the aforesaid Certificate to the petitioner on or before 18.10.2025.
