O R D E R

This Court after perusing the allegations made in the First Information Report, recorded in earlier petition filed by the petitioner herein, that the complaint made out for the offences under Sections 126(2), 296(b), and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act, 2023, read with Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, in Crime No. 336 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, hence, the petition for anticipatory bail, is not maintainable.

2.While that being the case, the petitioner once again filed the present petition stating that the offences under the SC/ST Act, are not made out and sought re-consideration of the order. However, a perusal of the FIR prima facie reveals that the offences are made out and the SC/ST Act is attracted. There is no change in circumstances, to reconsider the order dated 06.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 26332 of 2025.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 30.10.2025 MSM 2/6
