ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A), 4(1)(C) of TNP (Amendment) Act, 2024 in Crime No.163 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26305 of 2025 by order dated 24.09.2025 on the following reasons:
"Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that there are twenty seven previous cases, similar in nature, pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner".
3. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 27-10-2025 drl
