This application has been filed by the applicants to condone the delay of 906 days in filing the written statement on behalf of the 6th defendant in C.S.No.32 of 2023.

2. According to the applicant, she is the 6th defendant in the main suit and since the settlement talks were going on between the parties, there occurred a delay of 906 days in filing the written statement.

3. The other side has not seriously objected.

4. Considering the above-said reasons stated in the affidavit, the facts and the circumstances of the case, and in order to give a fair chance to the applicant to defend the case, this application is allowed.
