(Crime No.571 of 2025) ... Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to enlarge the Petitioners/Accused on bail in Crime No.571 of 2025 pending on the file of the respondent Police. For Petitioners :

Mr.J.Franklin For Respondent :

Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

O R D E R

The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.09.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 123 of BNS and Section 22(a) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003 in Crime No.571 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 1/4

2. It is seen that, this Court by an order dated 08.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27294 of 2025 dismissed the petitioner's bail petition by stating the following reasons:

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case that the petitioner was arrested recently and the petitioner is having ten previous cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. Now, within a week, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order, since there is no change in circumstances.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 04.11.2025 sma To 2/4
