The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the application preferred by the petitioner u/s. 3 of the Tamilnadu Industrial Establishments (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act, 1981 dated 12.11.2003.

2. Mr. D. Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted submitted a letter dated 22.01.2015 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
