PRAYER :Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying, to set aside the Impugned Order dated 29.08.2025 passed in I.A.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.21 of 2021 on the file of Learned IV Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur @ Ponneri and consequently direct the Court below to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the suit property.

ORDER
