Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant the amount of Rs.10 Crore as a compensation for not accept my open challenges which the petitioner mentioned in the reply letter dated 14.09.2025 to prove the connection between my License No:0809051518 with the contract (Annexure 6 R) and FSE Scheme-2007, also illegally used my own License No.0809051518 and completed 4626 Life Insurance Policies in it without any knowledge and permission which gives high mental anguish, mental stress and mental depression to the petitioner.
