This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner produced a copy of the extract from the permanent land register and it is seen that the same has been recorded in the name of the petitioner.
