ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 08.10.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and to demarcate the boundaries.

2. Heard Mr.S.Elangovan of M/s.The Ram Gokul Advocates and Associates, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the subject property by virtue of a sale deed dated 29.04.2009, registered as Doc.No.1373/2009. Subsequently, the patta was issued in the name of petitioner in Patta No.1863. The petitioner submitted an application on 27.09.2025 seeking to survey the subject property and to demarcate the boundaries. Since 2/5

the same was not acted upon by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner and to conduct survey in the subject property based on the title documents and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
