This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to file a final report before the appropriate Court with respect to the FIR in Crime No.16 of 2025, on the file of the 4th respondent police, in accordance with law.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the fourth respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the 4th respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.16 of 2025 within a period of two months from today.
