2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Special Government Pleader has no serious objection in condoning the delay.

3. Having satisfied myself with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant shall serve appeal papers to the learned Special Government Pleader.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.G.Manimaran, laerned Special Government Pleader at the time of miscellaneous petition being listed.

6. The appeal may be placed before the Registrar (Judicial) for admission and thereafter, if any miscellaneous petitions may be listed before this Court.
