Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to take appropriate action against the erring official Mr.Vinnarasu, Court Staff, XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, the fourth respondent herein by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025 within a time frame.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty to give the complaint, that is the complaint dated 26.09.2025, against the Judicial Officer and the staff of the Court concerned to the Registry to enquire into the matter in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.

2. Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
