ORDER
The present application is filed to execute an official receipt of cancellation of the mortgage deeds (Doc Nos.35/1979 and 412/1986).
2. Earlier, the learned Official Liquidator was directed to ascertain the signatures found in the mortgage and sale deeds. With regard to the same, the Official Liquidator has filed a memo dated 13.11.2025 stating that the applicants were directed to produce all the original documents regarding to the subject property including mortgage deeds for verification by the Official Liquidator.

In accordance with the memo filed by Official Liquidator, the counsel for the applicants visited Official Liquidator office on 04.11.2025 along with original mortgage deed dated 08.01.1979 with endorsement "CANCELLED" dated 07.01.1986 for a sum of Rs.15,000/- and another original Mortgage deed dated 16.04.1986 with endorsement "CANCELLED" for the amount of Rs.40,000/- have been verified. It is stated that the said details have been verified by the Official Liquidator and 2/5
the said documents were annexed in Annexure-A.

Secondly, the Official Liquidator has compared the signatures of the Secretary and the Manager of the company in the copy of the mortgage deeds of some other individuals available with the office which were cancelled during 1988, 1995 and 1996 and found that the signature and seal are apparently matching and the said document is annexed as Annexure-B.
5. Since the Official Liquidator has filed a report regarding the matching of the signatures and copy of the documents are annexed in Annexures - A and B with endorsement of Cancellation of original mortgage deeds, the Official Liquidator shall execute an official receipt of cancellation of the mortgage deeds of Document Nos.35/1979 and 419/1986.

7. The sealed cover is returned to Official Liquidator for safe custody to proceed for E.Auction.
