respondent in his proceedings of charge memos in 45523/AA2/2008/AA1/2008 dated 17.11.2008, in 63548/AA1/2008, dated 09.03.2009, in 31263/AA2/2008/AA1/2008 dated 09.07.2008 framed certain charges against the petitioner by the second respondent and quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents to permit the writ petitioner to retire from service forthwith and give also all consequential benefits within a time limit to be specified by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petitions, 2/5

the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders on the charge memos dated 09.07.2008, 17.11.2008 and 09.03.2009, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
