ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2021, 14.06.2021 and 02.11.2022.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 10.06.2021, 14.06.2021 and 02.11.2022 seeking appointment on compassionate grounds on the demise of his father and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
