ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, the 3rd respondent to carry out the necessary corrections in the patta with respect to the subject property based on the representation made by the petitioner on 07.07.2025. 2.Heard Mr.M.Kruthika, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3/6 3.The case of the petitioner is that he had purchased the subject property by virtue of a registered Sale Deed Dated 19.11.2008 registered as Document No.10244/2008. Thereafter, the patta was issued in the year 2012. However, while uploading the patta, there were some clerical errors in the patta and instead of mentioning the name of the petitioner, the name of the previous owner was mentioned. In view of the same, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.07.2025 to the 1st respondent requesting for carrying out the necessary corrections in the patta. This is in view of the fact that none of the earlier representations made by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent evoked any response.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh application before the 3rd respondent along with all the relevant documents and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent shall

4/6 pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh application from the petitioner. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
