This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against Crl.M.P.No.1442 of 2025, dated 09.04.2025, by the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 79 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
