O R D E R

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to publish the results of the petitioners herein for the Teacher Trainhing Course undertook by them in the second respondent-Institute and to issue the diploma certificate.

2. It is seen that by an earlier order of this Court, dated 11.07.2003, the respondents were directed to declare the results of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that despite communications, there is no response from the petitioners. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
