The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to effect substituted service of notice on the Respondent by way of paper publication in one issue of an English Daily and one issue of a local Daily, Chennai Edition.

2.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, this Court permits the appellant to take paper publication on 01.12.2025 in one issue of an English Daily and one issue of local Daily, Chennai Edition. The case is posted for hearing on 02.12.2025.

3.Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered.
