Mr.P.Sunil for Mr.K.P.Shanthosh COMMON ORDER By an order dated 25.08.2025, I had while sustaining the order condoning the delay in filing the leave to defend application, imposed a condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- within eight (8) weeks. The petitioner states that he is possessed of Rs.50,000/- and requires extension of time for payment of balance. He states on account of death of his mother Tmt.Murugammal on 18.09.2025, he could not mobilize funds as he had to be at home and perform the rituals in connection with the unfortunate death.

2.Mr.P.Sunil, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states appropriate orders may passed in the applications. 3.I have gone through the affidavit. The reason sounds convincing.

4.Paragraph No.27 of the order dated 25.08.2025 in CRP.Nos.1622 & 1473 of 2022 are modified accordingly. The petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- by 31.10.2025 and the balance by 27.11.2025 to the credit of O.S.Nos.3066 and 3067 of 2018 on the file of the I Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai.
