O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Judge Court, Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.495 of 2023, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/6

2. The main relief sought for in the suit is for partition. The suit was of the year 2023.

3. When the matter came up for hearing on 26.11.2025, this Court called for the remarks from the learned Trial Judge. A perusal of the remarks submitted by the learned Trial Judge would indicate there has been no progress in the suit from the year 2023 due to the pendency of four interlocutory applications. Further, it is stated that the suit will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, within a period of one year.

4. Mr.P.Satheesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that he filed an application for rejection of the plaint in I.A.No.8 of 2024 and the same is pending as petitioner herein has not filed any counter.

5. Since the petition has been filed to reject the plaint, the same shall be taken up for hearing first and disposed of in accordance with law.

6. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as respondents 2 to 4 would submit that they also filed interlocutory 3/6

applications and the same are pending. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the other interlocutory applications also and then take up the suit for hearing and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible.

7. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
