ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition fully imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24234 of 2025 by order dated 03.09.2025 the anticipatory bail was granted with the condition that "The petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 05.30 PM, until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24234 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
