(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed seeking production of petitioner's second child aged about 9 months before this Court.

2. The petitioner is the mother and now the custody of the child is with the father/third respondent herein. The father is also present along with the child. The father stated that since the petitioner is eloped with somebody, he was having the child with him and now he is ready to handover the child to the mother/the petitioner herein. 2/4
