O R D E R

The petitioner seeks production of her husband, namely, U.Bharathiraja, aged about 25 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner, her husband left the house on 15.08.2025 at 10.00am to attend an interview in a Company and after that, he did not return home. Hence, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondent Police, which resulted in registration of an FIR in Crime No.239 of 2025 under 'Man Missing'. Despite the complaint, Police has not secured her husband.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's husband has eloped with one of the Coworkers Monisha and since then, his mobile phone is switched off. Police is taking steps to secure the detenue and after securing the detenue, he would be produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. 2/5

4. In such view of the matter, Police shall continue the investigation and secure the detenue. Once the detenue is secured, he shall be produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate immediately.
