ORDER
This petition is filed to relax the condition "(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1900 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1900 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
