Respondent PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025 and thereby direct the respondent to register the appropriate receipt of the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds Document No.1928/2012 made over the petitioner's house and to return the original document No.1798/2009 and other papers in respect of the property situated at Plot No.34-B, A.S.T.C Nagar, Kumarasamypet, Dharmapuri Town, Dharmapuri Taluk and District and this property situated in Dharmapuri Municipality limits Revised ward Number-10 TS No.17/3, Survey Ward-A, Block No.16, Door No.26/B47B-34 to an extent of 1757.3/4 sq.ft. and also given compensation to the petitioner to delay the return of document. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025 and thereby direct the respondent to register the appropriate receipt of the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds Document No.1928/2012 made over the petitioner's house and to return the original document No.1798/2009 and other papers in respect of the property situated at Plot No.34-B, A.S.T.C Nagar, Kumarasamypet, Dharmapuri Town, Dharmapuri Taluk and District.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the property situated at Plot No.34-B, A.S.T.C Nagar, Kumarasamypet, Dharmapuri Town, Dharmapuri Taluk and District, within the Dharmapuri Municipality limits Revised ward Number-10 TS No.17/3, Survey Ward-A, Block No.16, Door No.26/B47B-34 measuring an extent of 1757.3/4 sq.ft of land and building and having purchased the same from one B.Venkatachalam, a member of the Annai Sathiya Transport Corporation Employees Co-operative Society Ltd, Bharathipuram, Dharmapuri through a registered sale deed dated 13.07.2009 bearing document No.1798 of 2009 on the file of SRO, Dharmapuri. Subsequently, he borrowed a loan of Rs.2,00,000/- by pledging his original documents with the respondent Bank. However, even after the payment of the

entire loan amount, no due certificate was issued by the respondent Bank to the petitioner, by returning the original documents, namely conveyance deed document no.1794/2009 and the registered sale deed document no.1798/2009. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 17.03.2025 to the respondent to register the appropriate receipt of the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds and return the original documents. But the same was not considered till date. Hence the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

4.Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,
