ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to forthwith defreeze the petitioner's Kotak Mahindra Bank Account in No.1712177035, Porur Branch, Chennai - 600 116. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police, based on the instructions from the second respondent, submitted that the second respondent received a communication dated 11.11.2024 from the third respondent bank stating that they have removed the freezing of the petitioner's bank account. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
