O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of O.S.No.491 of 2019 pending on its file.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit seeking recovery of money against 1/4

the respondent. In the said suit, PW.1 was examined in chief as early as 14.11.2024. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate that there is no substantial progress in the matter, thereafter.

3. In such circumstances, taking into consideration the suit is of the year 2019 and trial commenced as early as November-2024, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
