ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 08.09.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the boundaries. 2.Heard Mr.J. Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.The petitioner is relying upon the registered sale deed dated 20.07.2001 executed in favour of the petitioner's father. On his demise, the petitioner and other legal heirs succeeded to the subject property. The patta also stands in the name of the petitioner's father in patta No.2168.

4.The petitioner submitted an application on 08.09.2025, seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 08.09.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title documents and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner's father. The said process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. If there are any other interested parties, the same shall be conducted in their presence.
