(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The detenue has been produced before this Court by the respondent police.

2. On enquiry, she states that due to family dispute she is residing separately and is also working in a Company. It is also stated by the detenu that she is not willing to go with the petitioner.

3. We are of the view that the detenue is a major, aged 25 years and she is not in illegal detention of anybody. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this petition.
