This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 05.11.2025 granted suspension of sentence. However, he would submit that para 2 of the order instead of mentioning the name of lower court viz., Judicial Magistrate-I, Karaikal, it was mentioned as Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, Magistrate Level, Coimbatore. He would also submit that the trial court is not functioning on every Saturday, however, in para 4 (d) of the order, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial court on every Saturday. Hence, he prayed to amend the same and requested to issue fresh certified order copy.

3. Considering his submissions, Registry is directed to substitute nd line viz., Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, the words in para 2, 2 Magistrate Level, Coimbatore as "Judicial Magistrate-I, Karaikal" 1/4

and the words in para 4(d) viz., the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every Saturday as "the petitioner shall appear before the trial st Saturday of every month".

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.20582 & 20584 of 2025 dated 05.11.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
