ORDER

The petitioner herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.08.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 61(2), 238, 3(5) of BNS in Crime No.141 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 13.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27366 of 2025 on the following reasons: "Considering the fact that the petitioner herein is having direct overt act of strangulating the deceased and he has also played a major role in dumping the body in a railway track and investigation in this case is not completed. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

This Court had dismissed the earlier bail application of the petitioner, vide order dated 13.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27366 of 2025 and the present bail petition is filed immediately on 16.10.2025 without any change of circumstances, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
